EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of September 22, 2011 Meeting
Chairman Sette called the meeting of the Board of Assessors to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Timothy Smith Room.
Present: Assessors Sette, Fagan, Buffington, and Deputy Assessor Gail McAleer.
OLD BUSINESS:
The Board VOTED unanimously to APPROVE the minutes of the September 6, 2011 meeting.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Maureen Fagan made a motion to convene Executive Session per M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21.
Joanna Buffington seconded.
Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 10:10 a.m.
Fagan-yes, Sette-yes, Buffington-yes
The Board exited Executive Session at 10:30 a.m.
The meeting adjourned at 10:35 a.m.
